UNIsity is state-of-the-art accommodation for the modern student. These new apartments have been carefully designed and built specifically to service the living requirements of students from first-year to post graduate. Services offered at UNIsity include a fortnightly cleaning service that is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all apartments, the laundry area, and common areas.

The environment will foster a strong student community spirit with excellent facilities, including the availability of on-site car parking and a high level security including monitored CCTV camera system for all building entry and exit points. UNIsity also provides a residential manager and supervisor to manage the facility and assist with students needs. Students will appreciate the privacy and peace of mind security.

The student apartments are secure and private. Apartments which contain private balconies, offer magnificent views of the city, Maribyrnong River and Footscray Park. UNIsity has also been developed with centrally located large common room and community recreation areas.
